American Family Care review: Dr Craig Phillips

"Dr" Craig Phillips did not examine me after I explained symptoms. He indicated it was just a cold after Covid-19 test was negative. He offered a steroid shot and left the room. I requested he come back in and look in my ears that were so painful. He said they would he just fine and after a microsecond of looking, stated they were perfect. He also stated that I did not get to tell him what to do. I left and immediately made an appointment with my family doctor. Upon her examination based on my symptoms she found there to be fluid in my ears causing the pain and prescribed an antibiotic.
