American Family Care review: AFC urgent care in Fairfied AL

I just left the AMC clini9c in Fairfied AL. I was given the tablet to sing in and I completed the information. Another customer came in after me and while I was waiting the called the person that came in after I did before they called me. I walked up to the desk and ask the receptionist how could she call the lady behind me ahead of me. She said that I was not signed up and I told her that all I had to do was give my driver's licenses and insurance card just like she did if she had called me. Then she said that she was going to register me then. I went an talked to the supervisor and she tried to give me the same crap the receptionist did but never answered or gave an explanation for why she was put ahead of me. I did not get their names but they are on duty at the Fairfield Alabama location now. March 11, 2026. I was under the impression that whoever came in first got waited on in the order in which they arrived. I they are on a friends first bases then they should let the rest of us know so we can go somewhere else. Supervisors should do what is right an not lie for the receptionist. I am really upset and I am going to write the BBB as soon as I finish letting you all know that if that is the way they do business in Fairfield clinic they need to close. Very dissatisfied customer. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were great. Supervisor and receptionist not at all.
