American Alliance Casualty Company review: No resolution

Claim number ****C0185697 one of their insured hit the back of my vehicle so hard as I was making a left turn with turning signals activated and break lights in perfect condition especially because I had just paid cash $10000 for my vehicle a month prior. Police report was made driver admitted fault accident happen 04/08/2025 still no call no communication and no remnants of a resolution I am now without a car with three children suffering extensive suffering because I lost my job from not having a car next my home and this company refuses to resolve this claim constantly saying their waiting for more information this company is terrible unprofessional and should be shut down
