Price gouging
I hired this company because I believed they were a Christian business and the owner attended a well known local church. They're business practices aren't Godly at all. They charged me over $300 to fix my heater. It was not fixed they had to come out on 4 occasions to fix a heater they had already fixed all in the span of a week. They would not give me money back and let me call someone else. One time he sent his son to re-fix the heater, my granddaughter and her friend were upstairs doing homework while he worked downstairs. She told me 5 minutes after I left he ran out claiming it was fixed, it wasn't.
I decided to give them another chance and called them to a rent house of mine when my renters were having plumbing problems. They didn't have the right equipment for the job and charged me for the rental of the right equipment and still didnt do the job. It turns out it was the city's problem but they still charged me close to $500

This is the worst Company to do business with. My heater broke down I called Amen Plumbing because he was recommended. My wife called Manuel and he couldn't get out to the job but would see if his son Phillip could get to the job the same day. Then Phillip called my wife to set up a time and went to look at the heater. Phillip told us that he adjusted and cleaned the heater and the problem was fixed. Two days later my tenants called back again and told me the problem was not fixed, so we sent him out again. After an additional three days of my tenants not having heat and going through the run around with Phillip, we decided to have a new heater installed. I paid $550 up front for the heater and agreed to pay the rest when it was installed. Phillip told me the heater was installed and I paid the rest. A day later my tenant called and told me the problem was not fixed, and to my shock there was no new heater. Knowing I was taken for a ride I called his dad Manuel, and was told that I should have never trusted Phillip, when it was Manuel who sent him to do the job. Amen Plumbing made no effort to remedy my situation.
