cookware customer care after sales
have sent many emails and tried many calls and fortunately someone answered and they told me AMC is no longer available in Turkey and there is no customer care after sales is being provided. They also added that they cannot get assistance nor service from AMC HQ (Which is where you guys located imho). In order to sum up, there is no existence of AMC in Turkey now which i have been informed as. When me and my mom purchased your products we had never been told that lifetime warranty and customer care someday will be terminated for good. As a long time customer of AMC i feel really disappointed and victimized because lack of attention to my region.
I need your urgent assistance and care; we have been told that AMC is cookware for life i guess not?! I have been told if anything happens Hq factory will handle anything we need. So pls act as told or i will post abt this subject publicly.

Bad quality pots
My mother is using pots from AMC Cookware and yesterday she had an accident with one of them, bottom part of the pot just melted down and it is not the fault of cooker because other pots are fine. AMC Cookware refuses to give me refund for this poor quality product.
