I contacted the Alumni Support Center by accident and they transformed my life! My credit score started improving a little over a month after I began making payments. And I no longer have to worry about being trapped in debt. They provide you with direct phone numbers and they also respond in a reasonable time. Not to mention they will assist you with other issues if they have the ability to. Don't hesitate on this opportunity because it's genuine!

So far so good. Very responsive. They are helping me get my life on track by reducing my monthly fee to payback my college loans. Shortly after I graduated I was paying ALL of my money (outside of my expenses) to payback my loans. I couldn't maintain it and I fell into bad standing. Alumni Support Center WORKED with me, kept great communication and things are turning around for me. So far so good.

The process was explained thoroughly and very detail was clear. Im thrilled to finally have found a company that really works diligently to fight student loan debt. Im writing this as I have referred many people, I received my approval yesterday! I was a little skeptical at first but I followed through and so did they. Just follow the steps and enjoy the reward at the end, its a process and a undeniable one that is 100% TRUE and REAL!

I am sooo happy with the service I get with them! Matthew and Jazmine have been a huge help when it came to consolidating my student loans and making the payments more manageable. I like that they don't call a lot and they also utilize text messaging cause sometimes I can't answer but I can text. They work with me when it comes to if something happens and I'm not able to make a payment on time cause things happen when we least expect it.

For a long time that I've been tried to talk to someone about my student's loan and the people kept hanging up the phone on me. They Don't even listened to what I am saying. So, finally today someone so kind and respectful listens to me today and resolved the problems of my student loan for me. I'm so great full for Robert who's answer the after Angel hang up on me. Kevin Johnson is my loan specialist and I have to say that he has been beyond amazing, and so helpful. On our initial call he took his time and explained everything to me and walked me through it. And I remember before we hung up he told me that if I had any issues or needed help at all to let him know, and I have done just that. Where to begin, if it wasn't for Kevin Johnson I would still be headed down the path of loan interest and digging a deeper hole for myself. Kevin is excellent at explaining everything. He is one of the few service representatives that actually care about the people here in need of help. We need more people like Kevin in today's society. At first, I was very skeptical when I was contacted by this company. Although I gave the woman on the phone the third degree about whether this was legit, she was kind and forthcoming with every question I had for her. Since then, my assigned representative was always quick to respond to messages and texts. This program has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders. I don't know how they chose me to be a part of their program. But I truly am grateful I answered the phone. Thanks Alumni.

Although I was wary at first, Alumni Support Center is showing to be a great resource for help with paying back student loans. There employees are extremely friendly and are always quick to respond or answer the phone. On top of great customer service, they were able to enroll me in a phenomenal load forgiveness program. Paperwork is not my strong suit and I had been dreading repaying student loans, but I was amazed how easy Alumni makes it. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Kevin Johnson is AMAZING! He helped guide me through the process of getting my student loans back in good standing as well as getting them lowered significantly. Today I spoke with your representative Kevin Johnson. I have spoken with many student loan forgiveness specialists from different programs, however NEVER anyone as informed, forthcoming, insightful, understanding and accommodating as Mr. Johnson. This representative helped me not only lower my initial few payments for when I am ready, but also guaranteed the fact that he would keep me up-to-date on any changes in so far as laws concerning the handlings of both federal and private student loans. I could not ask for more!

Hello all want to reach out to say I'm very greatfull for Alumni Support Center for helping me out changed my life for sure it can be a struggle to find a great company it hard but i found the greatest agent to help me with my student loan. You get to keep your agent no one ever different you have that relationship with them on all levels. And they keep you updated when it time to renew and if you need any other info. My agent She is Awsome & Amazing thank you it going on 2 yrs with them would not change a thing because when you do it wi mess you up on all level once again thank you.

At first I thought it was a scam, but quickly realized it was legitimate. The team at Alumini support, specifically Jazmine and Keith, have been wonderful and super helpful in this process. They do all of the work for you in order to find the best repayment plans and also do a great job maintaining your file to keep things smooth without interruption. If anyone is looking for help on repayment plans for their student loans, I highly recommend alumni support for all of your help and needs regarding your student loans. The repayment plan I was enrolled in had payments way lower through the help of Alumini support than when I was doing this myself.

Alumni Support Center is the first organization that I have worked with that doesn't make me want to cry when I'm dealing with my loans! The initial call made me weary because I "know how loan organizations work", but after the 45 min call, I was stunned! It was too good to be true. The help, support, COMMUNICATION along the way is unbelievable. They text you to remind you about upcoming tasks, payments, etc., or that there is time-sensitive information in your email. It's nuts and oh so very helpful! I have recommended this to my best friends because it is finally a system that is supportive and works! I'm so thankful and blessed by Alumni Support Center. They have finally helped me because successful with my loans!

This company is a total scam. They tricked me into letting them into my FSA account and accessing all of my personal and financial information. Not only did i have to cancel my debit card but i had to put a freeze and fraud alert on my credit due to this company having all of my personal information. I have already reported this to the FTC and ComplaintsBoard.com. My lawyer has also been notified and I am spreading the word that this company is a scam. When i called to unenroll in the company Angel claimed i couldn't get a confirmation email because i had already been approved for the “program" I hope legal action is taken against this fake company, and everyone gets their money back.
