I had the privilege of visiting Black Jack Boots plant in El Paso this past November. I was in El Paso to visit my son in the Army. I called Steven at the factory to get a custom sizing done to make sure that I got the right size boot ordered. He gave me, my wife and my son a factory tour. It was awesome. I then tried on eight pairs of boots and I bought two pair. One was a stingray hide boot and the other was shark hide boot. I love the craftsmanship and attention to every detail in my boots not to mention the comfort. Tim's Boots are the best boots in the world. I will be ordering a pair for my wife. I had been wanting to try a pair of Blackjack boots. Tim's boots made it easy to do so. Easy enough that I ordered a second pair after I received and tried on the first ones.

I've enjoyed Tecovas, Lucchese's and Sage boots for years and this was my first purchase of Black Jack Mad dog Goatskins and I love them so far. Quality seems strong and the soles are a little thicker, so should last for many years. Tim's Boots ordering was easy and the customer service was great. Love my new boots!

The boots from Timsboots.com are great. Being able to choose so many options is a real plus. The customer service is excellent. They actually do answer their phones and when they do they are knowledgeable and very helpful. The representative I spoke with was great with helping me place my order. I have had two pairs of boots made here and the quality is top rate, Black Jack boots are well worth waiting a few months for.

After I put in my order, Tim's informed me that one of the items was out of stock, but would be back in a week or two. They called and asked me how I'd like to handle it; ship the other items now and the other one later, or wait on all of it. I asked if they could just cancel the out of stock item and ship the rest. The did with no problem. It only dawned on me later that I had free shipping due to the total, once the other item was cancelled, technically, they should have charged me for shipping, but they didn't. To me, that's great customer service!

Great customer service! I never liked the square toe boot but that is all i could find in western stores. I wanted a round toe bull hide boot like I grew up wearing. I finally found exactly what I wanted at Tims but I have never ordered boots on line. I wanted to try them on before buying because the sizes vary so much between brands. It was really the only option I had and the price was good so I went ahead with my purchase. Within a couple days my boots arrived. I opened the box and there they were, a beautiful pair of boots, just like I wanted. I was so excited to try them on, i grabbed the first boot and stuck my foot inside and it stopped half way in. I know boots have to be broke in but this was going to be painful. My biggest fear about ordering boots on line became reality. So I call Tims boots, asked for a EEE, not a common size and they don't have any. To my surprise they called the factory and had a pair made just for me at no extra cost. They fit great, look awesome, and I will always do my boot shopping from my recliner with Tims Boots. Thank you for my great boots.

I absolutely love my boots! I wear a 13 and wanted a pair of Stingray boots with specific toe and heel. The only Stingray boots I could find had the ground Grey patterns on them due to the hides and a more rounded toe and roper heel. I called Tim's and he went right to work. He found a hide large enough to make them all black Stingray and in the toe and heel I wanted. They are made exactly like the Lucchese brand and the quality of these boots are second to none. In fact, they truly put custom touches on them with Stingray inlays on the uppers with immaculate stitching and even inlays on the boot straps. The communication between us was extremely detailed and went far above my expectations. The price was unbelievable compared to the other brand and the fit and finish of these boots were beyond belief! They felt like a well-worn beautiful boot the minute I slipped them on. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. Tim's has my business for life! Can't say enough how he truly feels about customer service and customer satisfaction. The surprise attention to the little custom details you don't find at any other store. You won't be disappointed with any price range of boots from Tim's! No finer made boot anywhere! Thanks Tim's!
