Stewart Signs

We are a garden center, this sign is very necessary for our location, when the sign works it is great. The problem is, when there is an issue and all the troubleshooting is done prior to contacting them as they request, its a blame game. We had them install our sign roughly 3 years ago, it took 8 months to get the sign, 13 phone calls just to find out when it was going to be installed or delivered as the project managers seemed to change. Once here the techs were efficient and polite. The issues came about initially that the sign couldn't be updated, we use wifi specifically installed for the sign. With the Customer Service folks it was noted the USB didn't work, they said okay, it was never fixed. Now 2 years later it appears the M2 Bullet they had installed failed as wifi is working and been thoroughly checked. The access point is literally 20ft from the sign with no obstructions. No since the signs can't update it is worthless. 4 weeks of trying to get help and the answer keeps coming back a third party equipment means its not their issue. Problem is all we need is the information they had programed into the access point THEY INSTALLED, they are unwilling to help. The sign works very well, the troubleshooting part is horrible, they never fixed the USB or we could still update our sign. I'd give them one start but the sign is very good.

Fixed my issue in just a few minutes. They were really nice and asked if there was anything else I needed help with before ending the chat.

They was able to quick fix my problem via internet. But there was quite a wait to set up the appointment, but I know they working on that issue.

They try hard to respond and resolve issues! I've worked with them for years now and they've been great with me every time I've reached out to them.

Tech Support Melissa J. was great! She gave us clear instructions on how to fix our network settings so we can use our sign again after upgrading to Win10!

Customer Support Michael G. was great. He never gave up and we finally fixed our offline sign. We've had their sign for almost 7 years and really like dealing with them.

I contacted Stewart Signs cuz my computer wasn't sending stuff to our sign. Raptor hopped on my comp and fixed it in no time. He was super fast and nice. I'm totally happy with Stewart Signs and would defo recommend 'em to others!

My tech, Michael G., was super profesh in how he dealt with us! He knew his stuff and didn't give up until the prob was fixed. Stewart Signs should def have more techs like Michael, 'cause he was awesome and did a great job.

I'm writing to update my previous post from 12/30. After my original post, VP Logan contacted me. He was upset about the service we got and said that's not how Stewart Signs does things. He gave us back our deposit and refunded the payment we made. The sign is up now. I want to give a big thanks to VP Logan for stepping in and fixing this situation.

It was great working with Stewart Sign. They were really good at customer service, and they knew how to communicate well. Brad K, Teresa B, and John R were pros, they stayed in touch and got things done quickly. Eddie, the technician, was super helpful and knew a lot. They did everything they said they would, and they did it on time. Brad K, Teresa B, and John R are definitely valuable to Stewart Signs. I totally recommend Stewart Signs if you want an LED Sign. You won't be let down!

The sign we got from Stewart Signs like 8 years ago is still top-notch, and the tech support we've been getting is just as good. We're super happy with them. Our sign was great from the start, and the tech support and cheap parts we've gotten have helped us keep it in tip-top shape and even make it better. There are two other churches nearby that got signs from different companies, and now their signs don't work or need expensive repairs. In my opinion, those other companies can't match the quality of Stewart Signs.

Me and my hubby are super happy with the really helpful and pro interaction we had with Mr. Michael "Raptor" Garstka, the tech guy at Stewart Signs. We're church officers in a rural area and we ain't got no computer department, and we ain't that tech-savvy either. But Mr. Garstka was real patient and helped us fix a problem we had. He gave us tips on how to take care of our sign and even helped us install a big part of it. He also showed us how to use the software and gave us some cool ideas to make our sign look even better with designs and graphics. He's a real lifesaver and we're so glad we can count on him if we ever have another issue with the sign. That's actually why we chose Stewart Signs in the first place. Mr. Garstka is super dedicated to helping customers and he was a pleasure to talk to while we sorted out our problem. He even followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the solution. If we had to rate Mr. Garstka on a scale of 1 to 10, with his tech skills, professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and just being a caring person who does a great job, we'd give him a 10+.
