My wife and I decided to sell our house just before the lock down for Covid 19. We contacted a real estate agent to sell our home. There was more to do in updates and repairs to our property plus the concern about prepping for interested buyers popping in at anytime. I heard about Seller's Advantage on the radio. My wife and I decided to contact them for an offer on our house. They take care of everything on the sellers side. Someone comes to the house and inspects and accesses the property. They make and offer and you decide to accept or not. We accepted and have closed escrow as i write this. All the people I had contact with at Seller'd Advantage were VERY polite and helpful. They strive to make the process easy for you the seller. I hope to leave this state someday and will contact them again for this.

I decided that I needed a company that would buy my home AS IS because prices for lumber and other home improvement necessities have gone up so much due to Covid. I reasoned out that I would be losing money in both time and materials, that I would not be able to recuperate, and that for my purposes this would be a better way to go for me. I contacted several companies that did this. Zillow was first, because they are the largest. They offered me a price that was almost $200,000 less than I got for it. I also contacted Sundae, they offered a bit more, but Seller's Advantage offered more. However, the representative was unkind and told me my house wasn't worth it, so I refused to go with them. Wow, what a disappointment! I contacted Sellers Advantage to inquire about the process and get a price offer on our home. A representative called me and asked a few questions, said he was familiar with our area and would get us an offer with 24 hours. The weekend went by, I emailed the representative and he said he forgot to turn our information over to the analysis team but would do that ASAP. The rep said he would have something to us ASAP. He sent us a contract that had other client's names on it and the wrong address, and a very low-ball offer! When I contacted the rep and told him I think he sent the wrong offer, now I have someone's contact info, first and last name, contract info, and the property they were selling.. wonder who has mine info. We eventually received the correct contract with an unreasonable offer. Very disappointing process, I would recommend you look at other options.

Sitting in my chair. Up pops Sellers Advantage Commercial. I think. Yeah. Right. But on a lark. Filled out the simple online form. Ended up selling to them and Five weeks later Im sitting in my new home. They were extremely courteous and flexible. For example. I opted for a 90 day closing date but found a house that wanted to close in 30. No problem. Changed the date with zero hassle. I got worried about a myriad of "problems" (mostly imaginary) and the knowledgeable staff alleviated my fears without hesitation. Everyone was helpful. Friendly. Received top dollar for our home from Seller's Advantage. Exceptional, personable customer service. Efficient and easy process from beginning to end. I was a bit overwhelmed by the demands of selling an inherited family member's home who was a hoarder and had not made improvements in 67 years. Surprisingly, even my realtor, who was simultaneously selling my own home, stated that, although she would lose the sale of this home, that this was "top dollar" that she would not be able to achieve. From our initial contact, with Seller's Advantage, to the prompt visit and offer made, at that visit, to the required documents, and closing, and everyone involved, I am genuinely pleased. Could not have been happier with all people involved in the transaction and the process I researched and contacted other Buy as is companies. The others would give you a price they would pay via email without seeing the home , with the option to change it once they evaluated the home in videos and then in person Sellers Advantage met us at the home, walked through it with us, did not act disrespectful to us or the home. At the end gave us a quote, we countered and within 3 days came back with the price we countered. The initial representative was our first contact and he was just what one would hope for. The contacts after that at Sellers Advantage and then the support team were easy to get in touch with, returned calls and emails, answered any questions quickly and efficiently. Our house was our family home, built in ***, and had been vacant for 12 years, so no work had been done for maintenance or improvements.
