Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with Alternative Funding Group. Gotta say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. So, like many business owners, I needed some cash flow during the whole Covid mess. One of my vendors had a newborn and needed money, so I thought, why not borrow some dough and pay him off?

I had a bunch of phone convos with these guys, and they kept promising me a big loan. But guess what? I didn't end up with a bigger loan. Nope, they told me I had to start with a small loan to build up my business credit. They said it was like a stepping stone to a bigger loan. Being new to this whole borrowing thing, I trusted their advice and reluctantly took the small loan.

I faithfully made my daily payments, just like they told me to. And when the time came to refinance, they hit me with another surprise. They said I had to get yet another small loan while waiting for my file to qualify. So, I did it. Made my payments on time for both loans, like a good little borrower.

But guess what? When it was time for the refinance talk again, they straight up denied my file. They said my credit wasn't good enough and that I needed a 680 credit score to qualify for the promised refinance program. Hold up, nobody told me I needed a 680 credit score! They promised me the loan amount as long as I paid off 40 to 50% of the first loan they sold me.

Now I'm stuck with two small loans and crazy high fees. They kept promising me the loan I actually wanted, and they even mentioned the Paycheck Protection Program and SBA 7(A) loan. But guess what? None of those promises panned out.

I got so fed up that I called my bank and put a stop to them taking any more money from my account. As soon as I realized they weren't gonna deliver on their promises, I took action. I'm in the process of filing complaints with multiple federal agencies because, let's face it, I've been taken advantage of.

I'm a small business owner who believes in doing the right thing, and it really ticks me off that I've been lied to. It also breaks my heart that my vendor didn't get the money he needed for his three-month-old son.

Look, I'm not telling you not to use these guys for your borrowing needs. I'm just sharing my own experience and letting you know what actually went down. Ultimately, it's up to you to make your own decision. Good luck, folks!
