On April 14, 2022, I got a call from Zip Capital Group. They kept calling, so I called them back. I talked to Christian M. I told him I wasn't sure about getting a loan for my business. He asked if it was okay for him to give me some numbers to understand how much I could borrow and at what rate. I asked if they would do a hard credit check, and he said no. Then, I gave him the info he needed. I asked one more time if they would do a hard credit check, and he said no. Later, I got an alert about a new inquiry on my credit report. I emailed him to ask why there was a hard credit check when he said there wouldn't be. Later, someone named Rory from Quality Assurance contacted me. He said sorry for what the first person said. He said they are punishing him, and I have to contact Experian to remove the inquiry from my credit report. I spent 30 minutes trying to reach someone from Experian, but they said it doesn't work like that. The company has to contact Experian to remove the inquiry. I told Rory, but he hasn't replied yet.

Zip Capital Group is a company that has someone who shouldn't be dealing with financial matters. They are not very good at their job. This person works in Orange County and is completely incompetent.

I wanna say thanks to Liz at Zip Capital Group for helping us with the application process real fast and professional. We got the cash for our biz in like a day.

In my experience, I feel like they lied to me. I will never recommend this company. They use tricks to get you to take loans that are abusive, and when you ask for options, you don't find help. If someone from Zip Capital sees this review, feel free to contact me at ***.

If you decline their service, be prepared to be still contacted through their automated system at least twice daily after the fact. I've declined service and requested several times to not contact my company and remove us from their automated system. We were told they would remove us from their automated system. They did not. Now, I've been forced to report the harassment to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Zip Capital Group was terrible to work with. Don't waste your time. I talked with M N who talked over me repeatedly, wanted to drive the conversation his way without listening to me. And when I told him that I was not interested in working with him he said that it is my fault that he can't do more for me because I wasn't clear in what I wanted. He also called himself the *** of financing, at which point I told him he was reminding me of my teenage children. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me that he runs the company, that he is a business owner just like me... Wow, I cannot tell you strongly enough, save your energy do not work with this company.
