This company has been amazin. No one would give us a chance after filin bankruptcy almost 5 years ago, but you trusted us. My husband and I are absolutly thankful. I couldnt ask for better customer service from anyone.

I’ve been with them for 7 years and my loan just matured and just refinanced with them. I know they have had problems with their billing since they switched but they have been helpful and know of the problems. I also know they are not the best rates around but at the same time you have to understand that they are taking risks loaning to people with not so great credit and sometimes it doesn’t work out for them so they have to protect themselves. People also have to understand that the office workers are there to help, they don’t set the rates so please be nice.

I've had nothing but a great experience with PEP lending. They gave this young man with little credit a chance, which was more than I could say about really any other business. I paid more in interest because they took a bigger risk on me. It's common sense, not rocket science. I got a mortgage with them 5 years ago and have really never had an issue. When I lost my job and fell on hard times, they were more than willing to work with me and help me fit my payments in as I could, all without trying to guilt me which means the world to me. I'm now refinancing and saving another half percent on my loan term. Great people, and great company.

I always pay on time and even make extra payments, but this company only seems to apply the money to the interest and not the principal. Their customer service people don't know what they're talking about or they keep lying and saying a manager will contact me to fix the problem, but they never do. They should care about their customers and not just the money. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

I've been payin on my home loan for 3 years now makin payments weekly, biweekly, n monthly tryin to pay my loan off. I even started payin my loan a month early 2 months ago but when I tried my check I sent in the mail hadn't shown up until the day it was due according to the company. So the followin month I sent another check this time certified n when I called they first told me they hadn't received my check n I told them I knew they did cuz they had to sign for it they then said oh yes its right here in front of me. Like I said I been payin on my loan for 3 years always ahead of schedule but somehow all my money keeps goin to interest. Could someone please look into this I fear im not the only client they are doin this too.
