Alside Windows review: Stay away - siding and windows

Went with a known contractor that switched to Alside widows and siding. He assured me that the company is good. had siding bubble and had to pay to get it fixed. I filed the claim and got no response except the automated one. I had to send another email to ask what was happening. Then The company wanted me to send a sample of the siding before they would consider accepting the claim. So, they want me to take siding off my house, leaving exposed wood, and if it wasn't approved... what then.
For my windows had one crack within the first year. Have a few larger windows that the locks don't line up when closed. Now I have one that froze shut and has condensation in-between the panes.
