I took my mom who's 93 years old to get hearing aids from Alps Mountain Affordable Hearing Aid Center, Inc. The owner, Mr. K, did some tests and gave us a pair of hearing aids that looked used and were too big for my mom. He didn't tell us that these were the ones we were going to buy. We went back and talked to a lady, but they still sent us a bill for almost $2000 from Comenity-Healthplan. We didn't sign anything and found out that Mr. K forged my mom's signature. We have copies of the paperwork, but the Jonesville NC sheriff's dept. hasn't done anything. I called Mr. K twice, but he didn't do anything. The credit card company keeps calling my mom, even on Christmas Day, which upsets her. I don't know what to do except go to the magistrate's office in Yadkinville, NC and file a judgement against him, but that won't fix everything.
