expensive fees

Be very careful when dealing with them. Even though this company has a good reputation, no one guarantees that everything will be ok.
My case: I made a spelling mistake in my ticket and booked it without knowing it. When I received it via email I saw where I was mistaken. All of these things happened within ten minutes and I thought I had enough time to correct it.
I immediately phoned customer service and asked them to fix everything. They demanded me to pay 50 dollars for corrections! I had no choice, so I paid. But it was my last time. Done with them.
What a rip-off.
