Unfair dismissal and discrimination against me as a ex-employee. I suppose to work today on 9-18-26. But was told he had a replacement for me when I got to work today. The supervisor Willie Holmes told me that my two weeks notice would be revoked and turned into a termination clause because I didn’t do a DAR for the last two days. Keep in mind he took me out of the system so I wrote it down for the last two days and somebody put it in the trash. So I returned a call from Tony Byers and didn’t receive any response back from the DOS of the company. I think I was dissatisfied in the exit process. Tony Byers is not a good person when it come down to people leaving the company.
