When I first ordered, I was shocked to receive my order the next day! Not only that, but the box was in pristine condition, so the delivery service they use does not step on, smash or throw the boxes! I ordered again, and received the same, fast delivery service, and product arrived in perfect condition. This experience alone was enough to make me order again, but then I saw that they guarantee their price to be the lowest. I checked and they were lower than any other place I could find! One bottle of vitamins was $5 lower. I will continue to order from this excellent, quality company. It's nice to receive my vitamins placed nicely on my porch, out of the sun and out of view from the street.

I put in an order more than a week ago, but I still haven't gotten it. I called up Customer Service, but they couldn't give me a straight answer on when I'd be getting my stuff. They're in California and I'm in Arizona, so what's the hold up? They used some shipping company called "OnTracGround" instead of the usual suspects like UPS, USPS, or FedEx. I tried asking around, but nobody could give me a solution. It's like they're just giving me the runaround.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with this whole experience. I don't think I'll be doing business with either of these companies again. I'd recommend steering clear of them if you can.

Overall, I would not recommend All Star Health to anyone. Their shipping practices are unethical, and their customer service is terrible. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy supplement provider, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I been buying from All Star Health for a while now, and they always come through. My last order took a bit longer than usual because something was out of stock. It happens, you know? But then this really nice lady called me up and told me what was going on. She even asked me what I wanted to do about it. That's what I call good customer service. It's rare these days, but All Star Health knows how to do it right.

I just want to say thanks to them for having such good prices and getting my stuff to me so fast. They really live up to their name. All Star Health is the real deal.

I ordered some stuff from All Star Health (allstarhealth.com) on September 5th, 2017. They shipped it out on September 7th, 2017 using a company called OnTrac. I was pretty excited to get my package, but then I found out that it had been sitting in a warehouse for seven whole days! Apparently, OnTrac didn't have anyone to deliver it. I mean, come on! You're a shipping company! What are you even doing if you can't deliver packages?

Anyway, I was pretty upset about the whole thing, especially since my package had some food items in it. I didn't want to eat food that had been sitting in a warehouse for a week, so I asked All Star Health to retrieve the package for me. They said they would, and that they would send me replacements using a more reputable company.

But then, to make matters worse, they told me that they were out of stock! I couldn't believe it. I was so frustrated with their customer service. It was the worst I've ever experienced.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with All Star Health. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

I was really surprised to see all of these negative reviews about All Star Health. I mean, are you guys the competition or something? I have to say, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Their prices are the best I've found online, and their shipping has been lightning quick - or at least adequate. Of course, with Covid and everything, things have been a little slower lately, but that's to be expected.

I recently purchased some Graviola from All Star Health, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. I needed the product for medical reasons, and since my local store was out of stock, I decided to order from All Star Health. They were offering a 50% discount on the product, which I thought was a great deal.

However, when I received the product in the mail and tasted it, I realized that it was bad. The date stamp of expiration was hard to read and looked fake. Unlike the bottles I have purchased in stores, the date was located on the side of the bottle, which made it difficult to see. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and felt like I had wasted my money.

As you can see, it is difficult to read and looks suspicious. The second picture is of a bottle I purchased from a store, which has a clear and legitimate date stamp located below the bottle.

This website, All Star Health, is not a good place to buy your vitamins and supplements. We ordered a vitamin for our 7-year-old because it was out of stock at our local store and on Amazon. We received a shipping email the next day, but the tracking number was very long and strange, even though they claimed to be using USPS First Class. We waited for more than three weeks for the package to arrive, but then we got an email saying that the package was being held at the post office at our request. This was not true, and we needed the vitamins, so I went to the post office to pick it up. However, the package was not there, and I had to wait in line for 35 minutes just to find out that it was not being held there.

The package was shipped using Ontrac, which was their choice of courier, and it was sent from California to Arizona.

The package arrived at Ontrac's warehouse in Phoenix on August 28th, and the delivery date was initially set for that day. However, it was delayed until the next day, and then the next, and so on. Today is September 2nd, and I have been in contact with Ontrac to try and figure out what is going on. They informed me that the warehouse in Phoenix does not have air conditioning, which is causing delivery issues in the area. I relayed this information to an All Star Health representative, but they denied being aware of any issues. This was surprising to me, as I had read reviews and seen responses from All Star Health acknowledging these problems.

I was then told that the delivery would be on September 6th, which is Labor Day. I live in Tempe, which is only 10 miles away from Phoenix, but I was informed that the delivery time frame was based on business days. This means that my supplements will be sitting in a hot warehouse for 9 days before they are delivered. I am concerned that the prolonged exposure to heat will diminish the quality of the supplements.

Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of concern from All Star Health regarding this issue. I have been a long-time customer, but I am now considering buying from another retailer. It is frustrating to see a company that claims to care about their customers, but does not take responsibility for their mistakes. In my opinion, All Star Health should be called No Star Health.

This company, All Star Health, has some pretty good prices and products, but watch out for their shipping. It's not so great. They also won't give you your money back until they get their stuff back, even if it's not your fault that you didn't get it. And they won't give you your shipping money back either. So if you don't get your stuff, you're out of luck and they still get your money. It's not fair. And they act like they're better than you, like they're too good to care. Only in California, right?

So, I was trying to get my hands on some Sambucus, and I decided to give All Star Health a try. I ordered six bottles, and when the package arrived, I was shocked at the amount of bubble wrap and tape used. It was revolting! I mean, I appreciate the effort to keep my order safe, but this was just too much. It took me forever to unwrap everything, and I was left with a huge pile of plastic waste.

I paid almost 20 bucks for shipping, too! When I reached out to customer service to see what was going on, they told me they used DHL for shipping, but that it was untrackable. They didn't even know if my package had been lost or where it was. Instead of investigating the issue themselves, they just told me to look into it. I mean, come on! That's just ridiculous.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this website. It's been a total waste of my time and money.
