All Island Automotive Towing review: Towing and office people

My car was towed by All Island towing Company due parking in the wrong spot. It was towed from the corner of Kopkea at and Waterhouse st on the 21st of September. After a few phone calls I found that All Island Towing towed it to Pearl City, 11 miles away from where they picked it up. I called the towing company and asked for directions to my car and got attitude from the office worker who did not state her name. She was annoyed I had to repeatedly ask her how to spell the name of the street.

When I arrived on the 22nd to pick up my car, I approached a woman sitting behind the glass window. She didn’t seem too busy sitting on her phone vaping. After a minute of confusion we found my cat and it $183.00 so, as I was waiting to hand her the money I made a statement it must be nice to have a job where you can sit and vape with customers in the office. Well she was completely offended and the quality of customer service went down hill fast. After a few words it was clear our interactions wasn’t getting anywhere when another older woman approached with the same unprofessional attitude towards a paying customer. So I passed the older woman the cash money because they don’t accept any other form of payment. She took my money and began to close the window. I could hear them whispering back and forth, she then passed back my money and proceeded to say I couldn’t have my car because I was rude. I reopened her window and said wait, what? She began to close her window and closed my arm in it. That turned into a struggle and then she came out of the office threatening me with physical violence. I man can out of the office and got I. The middle and asked the older woman to go back into the office and she refused and came at me again. I went out side and called the police for assistance to get my car. The police intervened and I got my car. So driving out of their driveway my car was handling wrong and I stopped and checked the tires. I didn’t see anything wrong so I continued down the street. I noticed it was pulling all over the road which it did not handle like that the last time ai drove it. As I speeded up the car was all over the road. It was sprinkling but it shouldn’t of caused that type of trouble. I got to the speed limit of 50 mph and I almost side off into a circle but because I’m a skilled driver I knew how to handle it. I’m his cat is the one my daughter drives and I am thankful she wasn’t driving it at this time.

So, I took it to Bens Auto to look and see what was wrong since they did the work to get the car going and safe for my daughter.

After examining my car, they diagnosed it with a bent the lower control arm, which apparently is what the tow person used to hook on to and bent it out of place causing my car to swerve out of control. They said this damage is very dangerous and could have caused a serious accident. I hope this complaint is taken seriously because they’re incompetent towing services could have caused my daughter or I to crash. Their customer service department needs basic training and compassion for their customers. Especially while I am paying so much for a tow! I do t think it’s very professional to be vaping in an area where the public goes into.
