The work they did was pretty good, but they didn't follow the contract very well. They added stuff we didn't talk about and it cost us an extra $3,000. Also, the guy who came out wasn't very good with people.

I got a crib in Las Vegas. My tenant had a house fire in Oct 2020. I hired Damir D at All American Repair to rebuild the house in December , working with Peggy M of an insurance claims company as my Public Adjuster. Peggy M strongly recommended All American. They both stated the house was fully insured and would not cost me anything to rebuild, not even the deductible. They also stated that the job would be finished in 4-6 months. They just finished today after 19 months. All American Repair has sent me a final invoice of $13,762.34 and a threat to place a lien on my house. Peggy M got the insurance to send me a final payment of $4816.76, leaving a balance of $8945.58 for me to pay. I'm retired and live in Canada. This house rental was a main part of my income. I've already lost over $20,000 from the delays to the rebuild while paying all the bills. Also, the HOA has several thousand dollars in fines against me for various violations. I believe the total payment from the insurance to be $245,048.49. Any assistance in adjusting the invoice would be greatly appreciated.

My house had a leak in the laundry room and it messed up my floor. I went through my insurance and was super bummed out by how unprofessional they were. They said they'd start the job in October 2022 but it's still not done and it's already January 2023. Before, I had vinyl flooring that was glued down, but now it's just clicked together with no underlayment. They didn't even clean off the old glue, so now it makes a sticky noise and pops all over the place. I messaged the guys who did the job about these issues but they didn't respond until I complained to the insurance company. Then the owner, Samir Dupin, came to my house and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the problems I was having. He asked me to sign a satisfaction agreement, but when I said I wasn't comfortable with it and tried to call the insurance company, he got mad and called the flooring people. They told him the same thing I did, but he still wanted to argue with me and make me sign so he could get paid. I had to kick him out of my house, which was scary because I was home with my kids and my husband was at work. He was really rude and condescending, and he just made everything worse. I have cameras around my house and I caught all of this on video. Don't hire these guys! Beware!

My bathroom had leaks from above, and All American Repair Services came to check it out. They tore out a big chunk of drywall and the sink in November . They said they'd tell my insurance how much it cost and give me a quote for the repairs and remodeling I wanted, which would be over $100,000. I called them a bunch of times, but they didn't get back to me until the president of the company, Damir ***, finally did. He said he'd let me know about the repairs and remodeling, but he never did, even after more calls. Later, I found out from someone else who had damage from the same leak that Damir said the job was too small and they wouldn't do it. All American didn't talk to me until Jan 8 2022, when they sent me a notice that they were going to put a lien on my property for $2,128.65. That was more than the amount they told my insurance company. They also charged me over $300 for taking out and putting back my toilet, but they didn't do it, so I think they charged too much for other stuff too. Don't use this company! They're dishonest and don't do what they say they will!

This company is terrible. We had an insurance claim for a broken pipe in May and it was a nightmare dealing with them. They didn't communicate with us, didn't give us any say in the process, and installed old cabinets instead of new ones. We had to stay in a hotel for four months and I even got COVID-19 from it. The owner didn't keep his word and we had to cancel his services. Now, we're left with an unfinished kitchen and no way to get in touch with him. Don't use this company if you value your time and sanity.
