Alibaba review: Title: fraud + ddp scam - supplier fengxin - order 302880491001028842 - $2187 ddp stolen + 15,875 nok vat double charged

I am a verified buyer from Stavanger, Norway - Order 302880491001028842 - Dispute Case 1000387052443
Supplier: Fengxin (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. - fengxinindustry.en. alibaba】.com

I paid under Trade Assurance with DDP to mellomgata 16 stavanger 4013 norway. Supplier quotation FXSH20260525 clearly states Terms: DDP and charged me $2,187 as "Other charges" for DDP.

VIOLATION 1 - DDP FRAUD:
Supplier NEVER paid the freight forwarder. Forwarder bill 202610230002 from Guangzhou Kuaduobang shows: Fengxin Paid: 0.00 / To Pay: 20,064 RMB.
Because of this, goods were held in Oslo and I was forced to pay 15,875 NOK again to Bring Cargo International Norge AS - Invoice 70701870211480923 (VAT 15,338 NOK + commission 537 NOK). I paid VAT TWICE.

VIOLATION 2 - ILLEGAL PRIVATE ACCOUNT COLLECTION:
The same forwarder bill shows supplier demanding payment to PRIVATE personal accounts labeled "对私账户" - Huang Yongzhang Bank of China / CCB. This is strictly BANNED by Alibaba rules and is tax evasion.

I opened dispute 1000387052443 with full proof. Alibaba closed it with Refund 0 and then sent me a 24h auto-template: "We are looking into it".

This is not a delay, this is Trade Assurance fraud. $2,187 DDP fee stolen, 15,875 NOK double VAT loss, and illegal private accounts.

My demand: Refund $2,187 + 15,875 NOK and freeze this supplier.

I have filed with Forbrukertilsynet Norway and will file chargeback. All evidence - DDP quotation, Bring invoice 70701870211480923, and forwarder bill 202610230002 showing 0 payment + private accounts - is uploaded.
