EXHIBIT �B� Please be advised that a complaint was posted by me, April Scarlott, against an attorney and their firm on or around June 2010. Since the time of my complaint a satisfactory resolution between myself and these attorneys has been reached. Thereby, I respectfully request that any and all derogatory remarks that I may have posted regarding Alex Simanovsky or David Lilley of Simanovsky and Associates L.L.C and www.autolemonlaws.com, hereby be removed. Moreover, please be advised that I am retracting all of my previous comments and wish for them to be disregarded and deleted from your website and/or any cooperating websites that those comments may have been shared with, post haste.
