I sent in pictures of my completed pad on June 3 2025. Talked to Brooklyn on the phone at Carolina Carports on June 5 2025. She said the installation was about 5 weeks out. Didn’t hear anything as we got into the first week of July, so I call and she said I was on the list and they would call me. So now it August 3 2025 and not the first call from Carolina carports! I have contractors on hold and my job site at a standstill due to my garage not being completed. All of my solar components, inverter, batteries, etc will be housed there. I just want what I paid for in a timely manner!

Desired outcome: Just want my garage installed so I can finish our dream house, thank you!
