I submitted all required documents through E-mail three weeks ago but i have not received any e-mail/Text containing Claim ID. I have been trying many times via call center to request them to please register my claim.
I am not fully tired and fed up, I don't know whether I should leave this and forget my amount or what else I should do.

Settlement
I regret to inform you that inspite of submitting the court orders (صك) to Al Rajhi Takaful, Al Khobar Branch and my several visits from February 05, 2015 till date, apart from numerous phone calls, I have not received my cheque in settlement.
Every time, I am told that I will receive my cheque, but I don't understand the delay.
This sort of attitude from Al Rajhi employees will effect company's reputation and credibility.

Motor claim insurance
I just want to make inquiry on my motor insurance claim, I am the third party claimant, all the documents from the accident were sent via aramex and was tracked that it reached the riyadh head office last 21 April 2012. I attached a screen shot of the said shipment of documents. I am trying to contact the tool free numbers given by the abha office but nobody's picking up the phone calls or even bother to answer my emails.
