Al Rajhi Takaful refund of money as policy not generated

Sir, Today on 7 October 2019, at 10:26 am I Dr Kriti Bhatnagar, tried to Purchase Malpractice Insurance of Gynecology and Obstetrics from your company i.e. Takaful Alrahji .

Due to system error, an ammount of 2290 Riyal was debited from my Debit Card but policy was not generated.Transaction Number is 6e307be1aa83dc20.
Kindly refund my money please.

Al Rajhi Takaful c1216-vi-ijar-326015/[protected] motor insurance claim

My car was damaged on 16th june2017 for which I claimed my Motor vehicle Comprehensive Insurance from Al Rajhi Takaful (Claim Number C1216-VI-IJAR-326015/[protected].) It has been more than 3 moths now and I have not received my settlement money for the Insurance Policy I had. Every time I call the Riyadh Office of Al Rajhi Takaful. every time I call they are reopen the complaint and sending the message doucuments mnissing. I already send all documents through saudipost and athe alraji takaful whats app number also. It has been a painful experience and even after so much efforts and follow up, I have not received any money. The people at Al rajhi are not Co operative and play the blame game on Riyadh Head Office. I have made a complaint in SAMA (Saudi Arab Monetray Agency) via Internet and have not got a response yet. Companied like Al Rajhi Takaful should be penalised for such harassments so that they do not do the same to any other person.

Am shaiju my car was accident june 2016 &i submitted all my documents to 18/06/2017 .i wait for 2week for the replay to repair my car .i not get any reply from ur side finaly i repair my car and submitted all bills& all documents to alraji insurance riyad office .now they said the claim rejected

Al Rajhi Takaful rejection letter issued claim number (c1216-vi-ijar-326015/[protected]

Dear Sr,
It has been more than ONE month since I submitted my claim, but till now nobody is responding properly when I will get my claim. Those people is not answering the call nor give any feed back on email.I am continously trying to contact them but of no use.after accident i submitted all documents to get permission to repair my car wait for 3 week nobody respond from the alraji .fainally i try to repair the car outside workshoap and i send all service cost &spareparts bills through saudi post i send to alraji takaful riyadh office .after i repair the car i receive one msg from alraji pls gave the car to your nearest work shoap .my car was accidsent in june16 2017& ireceived the msg july 4 2017.fainally igot one msg from alraji my claim was terminated .then what is the meaning of full cover insurance, now they are saying i repair the car with out alrajitakaful permision .in the insurance policy they mentioned after accident with in 48 hrs alraji will reply .but no body reply from the alraji

The approval request was partially approved although according to the policy it should cover all tests. Alrajhi takaful medical insurance.

Al Rajhi Takaful policy cancellation & refund the amount

Dear Sir,
I submitted all required documents through E-mail three weeks ago but i have not received any e-mail/Text containing Claim ID. I have been trying many times via call center to request them to please register my claim.
I am not fully tired and fed up, I don't know whether I should leave this and forget my amount or what else I should do.
In fact, I did car insurance by Feb 2017 End and then sold it out after two months.

I hope someone will help me.

Al Rajhi Takaful Settlement

I regret to inform you that inspite of submitting the court orders (صك) to Al Rajhi Takaful, Al Khobar Branch and my several visits from February 05, 2015 till date, apart from numerous phone calls, I have not received my cheque in settlement.
Every time, I am told that I will receive my cheque, but I don't understand the delay.
This sort of attitude from Al Rajhi employees will effect company's reputation and credibility.
I would appreciate if you can please personally intervene into this matter for an early settlement.

Al Rajhi Takaful Complain Against Al Rajhi Takaful Insurance Company

My car was damaged on 5th Feb 012 for which i claimed my Motor vehicle Comprehensive Insurance from Al Rajhi Takaful ( Claim Number 022469/[protected]. ) It has been more than 8 moths now and i have not received my settlement money for the Insurance Policy i had. Every time i Visit the Al Khobar Corniche Office of Al Rajhi Takaful, i am informed that the claim is passed and the credit note is made on 13th May 2012 and they are now only waiting for the cheque to be issued by Riyadh Head Office of Al Rajhi Takaful. It has been a painful experience and even after so much efforts and follow up, I have not received any money. The people at Al rajhi are not Co operative and play the blame game on Riyadh Head Office. I have made a complaint in SAMA ( Saudi Arab Monetray Agency ) via Internet and have not got a response yet. I made my Complaint against my Accident claim to Alrajhi Takaful Compliant Dpt. on 09/05/2016 after that no body is receiving my call and there is no response from the company while I visited many time to the Jeddah branch of Alrajhi Takaful also they did not give any responsible answere. So please give me any Idea to follow up of my claim and tell me how many months I have to wait for the same. I am in victim, I want to repair my car. Please help me.

Al Rajhi Takaful Complain Against Al Rajhi Takaful Insurance Company

Sir,

We have Al Rajhi Comprehensive Motor Insurance (claim number is [protected]/2345 ) though the credit Note was issued in May (attached the copy for the same) we haven’t received the cheque
It’s More than 8 Months now since we made the claim on 6th February 2012 Every time we visit the Al Rajhi Office at Khobar we are informed that the cheque will be made this week, but haven’t received any news yet, if we do not get the cheque by this week, we will take up the case to Sama Insurance Regulators and make a case against Al Rajhi Takaful for Not Honouring the Insurance Policy.
Treat this Mail as Official Notice or we will be forced to take up the case in Courts.

Al Rajhi Takaful Motor claim insurance

I just want to make inquiry on my motor insurance claim, I am the third party claimant, all the documents from the accident were sent via aramex and was tracked that it reached the riyadh head office last 21 April 2012. I attached a screen shot of the said shipment of documents. I am trying to contact the tool free numbers given by the abha office but nobody's picking up the phone calls or even bother to answer my emails. I really don't know when can we have our insurance claim, I just want to know if is it really being processed or are we waiting for nothing? I hope I can get an answer through this complaint board..

Al Rajhi Takaful Motor Accident Claim

Dear Sr,
It has been more than two month since I submitted my claim, but till now nobody is responding properly when I will get my claim. Those people is not answering the call nor give any feed back on email.I am continously trying to contact them but of no use.

Referring to our conversion last week regarding the subject and all correspondents relating to it, there is no sign of outcome till now. Its almost two month and it is very sad to bring to your notice again and again the same unsolved issue. I am confused and little bit worried now whether I will get my claim or not? Can you please give me some specific time when I will get my claim cheque?

I have to pay 6 time payment to insurance but as the same time they took amount but not my insurance not b done for Visa renew processes when I renew my Visa after a day all polices are able to show on my portal I have 6 polices now but I need only one plz 5 polices are cancelled and want to get money back my pp no is NU3958691

Good day we have same problem..nobody's answering from the toll free numbers and emails..can I ask If the complainant(Mr Qureshi Shahid) if he got his claim already. It's so hard to move that we are far from the head office to get any news on our insurance claims, if we will get something or just waiting for nothing we are the victim here. What we will do if we can't contact them?
