AirportRentalCars Disappointing Experience with AirportRentalCars: Reservation Confirmed but No Vehicles Available

i was majorly bummed when i rolled up to the airportrentalcars website and saw that there were zero vehicles available on the day of my big trip to the south australia winery. like, come on guys - i even had my reservation confirmed! needless to say, my whole vacation had to be cancelled, which was a huge bummer. really wish the folks at airportrentalcars could have been more on top of things.

AirportRentalCars Avoid AirportRentalCars.com: Unpleasant Experience with Avis Rental Cars

This website called AirportRentalCars.com is not worth using at all! Just recently, I went to pick up my rental car that I had booked through my workplace's portal. I had high hopes for a smooth and hassle-free experience. How wrong was I!?

The first car I was given was absolutely outrageous! It was as if the last driver had just exited the car after a mud run. To make matters worse, the interior of the car was just as terrible if not worse than the exterior. I immediately shivered in disgust and asked for a replacement vehicle.

The second car I was given was a shade less filthy, but they had not even attempted to attempt to clean off the thick layer of dirt and mud that was visible from miles away. By this point, my patience was wearing thin, and I wasn't keen on being handed yet another vehicle.

The third car I finally received was more tolerable. It was conveniently clean both inside and out - luckily no dirt or mud in sight. However, surprisingly, the rental company charged me an additional amount of $84.00 in the end for the nicer car. I could not believe my ears, I was in total disbelief that they could rip me off like that.

My conclusion is that I will never again use Avis, the rental company used by AirportRentalCars.com. It was a bad experience that I will never forget and that is something that I cannot recommend to anyone.

AirportRentalCars Beware of False Advertising: My Frustrating Experience with AirportRentalCars

I recently stumbled upon AirportRentalCars (airportrentalcars.com) and was intrigued by their advertised cheap rentals starting at $11 a day. However, upon further investigation and looking at their available cars, I noticed that all of them started at over $100 a day. I couldn't help but be frustrated and wonder why these sites feel the need to lie about their prices.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find a car rental business that actually honors what is advertised on their website. It feels like a rental car scam, and it's getting out of hand.

I hope that companies like AirportRentalCars can be more transparent and honest about their prices. It's discouraging to see such false advertising, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Let's hope that car rental businesses can get their act together and start being more honest with their customers.

AirportRentalCars STAY AWAY: My Disappointing Experience with AirportRentalCars, Owned by Priceline

Yo, so I recently used this site AirportRentalCars to rent a car, and it's owned by Priceline (I think). I had a good time with Priceline booking hotels before, but this time renting a car was a whole different story. This is actually the second time I've had a bad experience with a rental car company associated with Priceline. (Different name this time, tho.) My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS and, honestly, I'm done altogether with Priceline. They sneak in extra charges that are non-refundable, and then when you find out you've been screwed, they're all like, "sorry, no refunds, bro." It's gotta be totally making them bank.

AirportRentalCars Mixed experience with AirportRentalCars: Smooth rental process but poor communication about refunds

My experience with AirportRentalCars wasn't too bad. The car rental process went smoothly once we got there, but we had a bit of trouble when we called ahead to change our reservation. We needed to cut our rental by one day, and when we asked the rental office about getting a refund for that day, they told us to go back to the booking website. We were pretty surprised to learn later that they don't offer refunds for unused days.

We were frustrated about this because we had specifically called ahead to make this change. It didn't seem fair to lose out on a day's rental fee just because we had to change our plans. It also made us wonder why the car rental office sent us back to the booking website if they knew that refunds weren't possible.

Overall, the communication about booking and changing reservations could definitely be improved. It's not fun to feel like you're getting the runaround when you're trying to coordinate your travel plans. For this reason, I probably won't use this service again. I don't like feeling like my money is being taken without any regard for us as customers.

AirportRentalCars Avoid Airport Rentalcars and Jucy Car Rentals- My Dreadful Experience and Lack of Customer Service

MY EXPERIENCE WITH AIRPORT RENTALCARS WAS A DISASTER! I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD BOOKED A JUCY CAR RENTAL FOR MY TRIP TO CAIRNS IN APRIL. UNFORTUNATELY, MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND I ARRIVED MUCH LATER THAN EXPECTED. UPON ARRIVAL, I REALIZED THAT AIRPORT RENTALCARS WAS NOT BASED AT THE AIRPORT AND I NEEDED TO CALL THEM TO ARRANGE A PICK UP.

I WAITED FOR 35 MINUTES ON HOLD AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. AFTER THAT, I WAS MET WITH ANOTHER MESSAGE SERVICE. I CALLED BACK ANOTHER 15 MINUTES LATER AND FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE. THE AGENT INFORMED ME THAT THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED AT 4 PM AND NO ONE COULD HELP ME WITH MY REQUEST FOR A PICKUP, WHICH WAS VERY FRUSTRATING.

I TOLD THE AGENT THAT I DID NOT NEED THE CAR ANYMORE AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I ALSO EMAILLED THEM 6 TIMES WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE FOR OVER THREE WEEKS. THEY FINALLY RESPONDED, BUT OFFERED NO COMPROMISE OR SOLUTION TO MY DILEMMA.

MY ADVICE TO TRAVELLERS IS TO AVOID USING AIRPORT RENTALCARS OR JUCY CAR RENTALS! INSTEAD, RENT FROM COMPANIES LIKE AVIS, HERTZ, EUROPCAR, OR BUDGET THAT ARE BASED AT THE AIRPORT.

LESSON LEARNED: APPEARANCES CAN BE DECEIVING.

AirportRentalCars Fox Car Rentals Review: Dishonesty and Bad Reputation, Better Options Available!

Me, I just travelled down in Mexico to go to a wedding in February (2/022) with a couple of my pals. We booked a couple of cars from Fox car rentals for a few days on the AirportRentalCars website. I noticed that some insurance could be purchased for $13/day for each of the cars but it had to be paid at least 2 hours before we picked them up. I knew already that auto insurance from the US don't work for cars rented in Mexico, which made me think that if we didn't buy that online insurance for $13/day per car, the insurance we had to get at the rental counter would be way over $13/day. So, I thought it would be better to just buy the insurance from the website and have it charged to my credit card with the regular car rental charges.

Right after we arrived at the Leon airport, they drove us to this Fox car rental office using a shuttle that was really close to the airport. I spotted this client complaining with the woman working there about being charged over $500 for some car insurance. It was all in Spanish so I couldn't make out the main problem there. I assumed that maybe this guy didn't buy any insurance beforehand like I did. But it was soon my turn to talk to the woman, and guess what? She told me that Fox doesn't accept the kind of insurance that I already got from AirportRentalCars, which obviously made me feel so upset about their dishonesty, even after showing her all the screenshots of the insurance. It was really frustrating and disappointing so I just decided to have me and my group go back to the airport. We then checked out 3 of the popular car rental companies (Hertz, Avis, and Budget) and landed with Hertz, which gave us the best offer, and with full coverage included. Oddly enough, it only cost us about 25% of the original rental prices, including the crooked Fox car rental, which means we were able to save a lot of money.

Fox car rentals company has already been known to have a bad reputation, but I kind of forgot about that fact, and so I won't be using their services anymore. I do have an issue with AirportRentalCars and their use of Fox car rental services on their website, and I find it difficult to believe that they did not know about Fox's reputation. And another thing that's interesting to know, though: Ace Car Rentals is also on this website, and I'm wondering if they're playing the same game as Fox.

What's really strange is that AirportRentalCars seems to be powered by Priceline.com. And what's even stranger than that is the charge of $65 that got put on my credit card for only one car that I really didn't even rent! I'm definitely going to dispute that charge, and I hope to get it sorted out. Overall, it was a pretty disgusting experience with Fox car rentals, and I hope this review warns other people to think twice before considering their car rental services.
