Air 72, Can't thank you and Air 72 enough. Terrible heat wave and my a/c went out. They scheduled me the next day and replaced the capacitor. The technician was very professional and explained the process to my satisfaction.

Air 72 was the epitome of customer service! He was here when he said he'd be here. He explained and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He also got rid of a wasps nest that was inside the AC unit. That was a blessing because we didn't know it was there and my husband is deathly allergic to wasp and bee stings.

I've used Air72 for my HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair for the last 10 years and each technician that has been dispatched to do the work has been high quality, professional, timely, and all-around exceptional. The admins also are very pleasant and do the best job possible to respond to requests promptly. Great company!

Cannot speak highly enough about Air 72 or their technician, John, who is one of their technicians. John gave us his Memorial Day to come work on my unit and didn't leave until it was back up and cooling. He showed up on time and was professional and courteous during the entire visit. He brought a smile, quickly identified the issue and got right to work fixing it. Air 72 continues to impress me with the level of customer service they provide. They are top notch and I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs.

Air 72 is exceptional in all areas of the business. Their level of professionalism and technical expertise is superior. I know when Air 72 and their technician shows up that the job is going to be done right the first time with no hiccups. Excellent company and we haven't trusted any other service in 4 years. Every technician that they have ever sent has been wonderful, knowledgeable, very personable and extremely professional. They are always ON TIME, respectful, great at going over issues and how they plan to resolve it and truly, all areas of the business from the technicians to office staff are top notch.

3/23/2022 - The technician of Air 72 rinsed out a reusable filter in the fresh air system. The original HVAC company who installed the system in 2019 for Meritage Homes never cleaned it in 2020 or 2021. The technician stated they will do that at their maintenance services. He did a great service today.

Air 72 arrived on time and took the time to hear of our concerns about the A/C system. He did a very thorough job inspecting, servicing, and repairing our system. Being new to the area, finding a good service company is tough. I would highly recommend Air 72 and the servicing technician for their excellent service.

Air72, Technicians John and Mike, did an outstanding job of replacing a fail 2nd zone system for us. Replacing the system was a critical project to ready our home for sale.
