TVS Motor Company – Continuous negligence and fraudulent service by simran automotive – urgent resolution needed!

I’ve faced continuous issues with my scooty due to extremely poor service. The current staff blames the previous staff to cover up their mistakes, but no one resolves the root problems.

In just 4 months, my scooty (approx. 7800 km run) has undergone engine work twice. Once, I was charged for warranty-covered work, but the same part failed again. This time, they kept my scooty for 1 month, claiming warranty repairs, but returned it with new issues: a broken air filter with scratches, m-seal, and cloth tied to it.

I have no idea what else they might have tampered with or replaced in my scooty. I have all bills, photographs, payment proofs, recordings, and chats as evidence. You can clearly see their negligence in the photographs. Despite multiple complaints, no proper solution has been provided. Please investigate this fraud and address my grievance.
