Aflac review: unethical behavior

My dentist submitted a dental claim on 8/7/2019 assigned claim # [protected] for an oral exam dental xray and a prophylaxis cleaning. I got paid for the oral exam which was less expensive and paid for the xray. I was denied the cleaning because it said (wellness claims are paid twice a year for each person separated by 150 days) I was confused because I never submitted a claim. When I called they told me the oral exam is considered wellness as is the cleaning. So when I asked them and said thats seems shady because anytime I step foot in the dentist office it's an automatic exam and therefore even if I get a cleaning every 6 months i'll never get paid for the cleaning ever. Customer service skated around what I had to say and understood but there was no answer. So I did cancel my policy as for my husbands claim I took the loss and aren't going to fight for it. He will be canceling his policy i'ts also waste of money and it took over a month to process which the dentist did it online.
