Aflac review: Short term disability

I submitted a claim in early in October for a short term disability claim. I had malignant melanoma and had to have surgery to remove it from the inner part of my arm right near my bicep. I am a nurse so obviously I could not do my job while I was recovering. It is now almost Christmas and I still have no answer. At first they denied it to due some dates I was out not being submitted. So I promptly submitted the doctors form that included the rest of my dates I missed from work and still nothing! It is a covered claim and I have never missed a payment as it is drafted from my payroll check. DO NOT use AFLAC as your disability insurance. I had a cancer diagnosis and still can’t get my claim fulfilled.
