I purchased this car warranty through everclear direct. The car is now sitting at a dealership and it’s been there for two weeks. The service manager has tried to call and email multiple times with no answer and adjuster came out. I myself have called multiple times yet we have never heard anything now I am reading all over the place that ever clear direct is a scam company, if this is the case I have already called my attorney because all you do is get directed to a third-party and no one has any answers so if this is the case, I will request all of my money back and I will be sure to make multiple complaints. I also looked into the Better Business Bureau and apparently there is a complaint there is multiple complaints there as well. I need someone to respond back to me as soon as possible and get this matter resolved whether it’s giving me all my money back or paying for my services I need done on my car.

I received a letter, which I thought was from my cars manufacturer. It was due for an oil change so I called the number to set up an oil change for my car. The fist time I called the person didn't say who they were or what company it was, they just picked up and said "service department". I asked if this was Mazda and they hung up on me. I called back and played the game. The second time I called I told the person I received a letter and I was looking to get the car in for an oil change. The individual on the other end stated that there would be no problem setting that up, pretending to be the manufacture and or the dealer where I bought the car. Then he proceeded to try and sell me an extended warranty for my car. I told him I didn't want any more mail from them and he put me on hold and never came back. I called back to try and get taken off the mail list and the wouldn't help me. All these [censored]s do is target old people and or dumb people to buy their garbage and when they know you wont buy anything, that’s when these [censored]s turn into [censored]. My customer ID on the piece of mail I received is 188CV01559. If I continue to be harassed I will turn to legal means, and trust me I have nothing else better to do with my time or money. BBB is a joke, the fact that this company has one star and an A plus rating with the BBB still is a wonder to me. This company doesn't have a google review page because they know they would destroyed from pissed off people receiving this garbage.
