💥 TERRIBLE COMPANY 💥
Great Furniture Deal -
This company is a total disgrace. I placed an order on November 15th, 2023, and didn't receive my recliner until March of 2024; this should have been a red flag immediately.
Their reasoning was that it was being custom-made for me, which is a total joke; it was definitely not custom made. Approximately five weeks after receiving it, nearly five months after the order was placed, I started having problems with the reclining mechanism; it was grinding and getting stuck. I spent so much time providing pictures and audio recordings, essentially everything they asked for. Despite this, I kept getting blown off.
They finally sent me a new reclining mechanism in a huge box. As a disabled person, I can't even move it, yet it's in the middle of my living room floor. Then they told me to find a person who can install it locally, which I felt is not my responsibility. I finally located someone; but then they informed me that they would not pay for the installation of the new reclining mechanism.
I argued that this problem happened only five weeks after I received the recliner, well within the Consumer Protection Law's jurisdiction, especially considering that I paid over $1,000 for this unit. However, the company will not replace or repair the item. I am taking other action to hopefully resolve this frustrating problem.
To anyone else considering dealing with this unethical company, beware! You should stay away from this company.
