Beware this site is a Scam, we ordered a new cover for my hot tub in may 2022 they charged card right away and said about 16 weeks. Then the hurricane happened and they emailed to say it would be delayed but still no cover as of January 2023. I call multiple times a day and get No call back from the company after several messages, no replied emails, and you can never get anyone on the phone. It is the same number for all departments as well. Legit fake business.

Desired outcome: Money back
