AFCONS INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED Non Delivery of Consignment

Consignment Note No. T23244590 dt 23.10.2007 which was booked from Kullu to New Delhi on 27.10.07 the consignment has been send back showing no person available at office though mobile number was mentioned in the envelop then also the consignment had conveyed in phone. Kindly delivery the consignment at the address mentioned in the envelop at the earliest.
