On June 17, 2022, I was on route to San Jose, Costa Rica to attend my brothers funeral. I left Seattle Airport on flight 489 to Mexico City on Aeromexico Airlines. I had my boarding passes for the connecting flight in Mexico City, flight 656. When I arrived in Mexico City I was in transit to Costa Rica. As I was boarding my Aeromexico flight 656. I handed my boarding pass for the flight 656 when four staff members of Aeromexico Airlines 1. Confiscated my boarding pass and said that the boarding pass was not legal there in Mexico. They would not give it back to me. 2. The staff stated that I had to purchase a round trip ticket costing $2,000 dollars. 3. The staff would not allow me on my flight 656 to Costa Rica even after I explained that I was only in transit, and I was going to my brother's funeral. 4. I was detained in the airport late at night, and there were no other flights going out. I had to be interviewed again in the morning by Aeromexico. I finally had to purchase another flight by Delta 644 to return to the United States. I therefore missed by brother's funeral due to the illegal detainment and extortion of Aeromexico.

Dear AeroMexico customer support team,

I am sending this follow up request to help me resolve this matter. My roller bag that was kindly checked at the gate in Tuxtla Gutierez MX was opened by someone in the baggage handling area and my Apple Noise Cancelling air buds were taken at some point during the handling process. I am so disappointed in these results. We have recently purchased property in Chiapas, MX and were looking forward to flying with your airline, but this is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING to my and my entire family! Please return my air buds or pay for them. They were practically new and worked perfectly. I bought them at Costco and paid $250 for them. I have sent pictures of my luggage tags for this flight on which the item was taken.

I was on delay because they over loading it. they offered $600 to volunteer to stay there in mexico, which i refused cuz I needed to be home for work.

Got to Atlanta and my connection flight was gone, missed my Greensboro flight.

they offered me hothel and a shuttle to the Hothel,because it was so late there was no shuttle.I had to pay $30.00 for a taxi. got at the hotel at 2AM in the morning.they wanted me to sleep 2 Hrs and get up,so I re schechule my flight to 1:22 pm.The main problem to all this is that because I was not able to get home I was not able to work and and had to pay $560.00 for a plumbing job I was suppose to do in one of my properties.I call Delta and they they woudl glad reinburse me but because it is a Aeromexico flight they can not do anything for me,home somebody can make this right. I booked a flight from Mexico City to SJO. The airline changed the gates without letting us know personally, on the flight board, by intercom, or electronically which caused many of us to miss the flight. The ticketing agent rebooked our flights for the next day, but gave the customer in front of me and behind me a hotel and food for the night, but refused to help me when I asked. I had to find a hotel, taxi, and food at almost midnight and come back the next morning at 6am. I think I was discriminated against.

I was charged twice for upgrading seats. your system says unable to process 'error' please try again. I did and it charged me twice.

I spent over an hour with your customer service rep this morning. I lost the call and no call back was given. I called back again, and I had to explain the situation all over again. There were no notes in your system of the pending issue.

Too many issues for a simple transaction. Very frustrating and a complicated process.

Please refund me the two transactions for $38.

my husband andrew and i we were traveling to mexico city on july 26/2022 from orlando fl

plane was delayed and was sitting on the runway for more than 1 hour

was hot inside

than started and suddenly came back to orlando after 30 min.flight

announcements were in spanish only !

was another hour waiting at the gate plane was hot

was chaos i was asking fellow pasangers to translate

after that we were waiting for rebooking long long lanes

no water no chair no nothing

mess and chaos

my husband and i we were going for short vacation we lost one day and we pay for hotel in mexico city tickets were expensive

we want money back for the tickets to mexico city

Web check in application does not accept Vancouver Postal Code so I Can't finish the check in my flight process, while ArriveCAN Canada government application accept the postal code.

And also there is no option for international students in the Stay options, just "vacation, business and duty", because of the time span.

They ask you when you come back, my studies finish 2024, no option found either.

Today I changed mine and my wifes flight time from GDL to MEX, the process went OK until they told me about the charges for to change.

They have charged me $196.00 USD, which is $259.00 CAD, this seems like a overcharge, I think it is about the same amount as the original ticket.

Looked on line the GDL to MEX ticket cost is about $136.00, what is going on?

Changes are usually about $50.00 USD.

plain landend back to orlando than was another hour to wait in a hot plane

later we walk far to aeromexico check in was another wait

anonther announcements in spanish no information fo americans we still do not know what really happend and why plane came back to orlando.

i am 68 years old my husband 72 senior citizens going on the short vacation to mexico

aero mexicopeople told us finally they will give us dinner hotel taransportation

was no dinner ( why ?)

next day they are promes flight around noon finally we went after 1 pm

my husband and i we lost one night in a hotel in mexico city and one day from 3 days vacation

flight was expensive vacation to short and whole trip did not make sense

i want compensation for this trip

Hi I need to complain about my check In and my baggage I had this morning in GDL Airport with AM agent Jaanto Ramirez for my flight to San Francisco, we are a party of 4 my girls had each a backpack a carryon and 1 checked bag and I had a checked in bag a laptop bag and my purse, (4 checkin bags were already paid for, Jaanto Ramirez was very rude to us stating that we could not go to the gate with a carryon and backback because we were over like 2 kilos each with our carryon and backpacks, mind you our paid luggage 2 of them were way underweight and he did not allow us to put the 2 extra kilos there, he just took all of our carryon's behind him and demanded that we pay $ 51 extra for all carryon bags and let us keep our backpacks, he did not want to give them back finally he only gave me back 2 carryon that I begged him I needed with me at all time because of what was inside. and made me pay for 3 extra bags, I told him I did not have that kind of money and to give us back the carryon's so that each of us had 1 carryon, his answer to me was SORRY EITHER YOU PAY FOR 3 EXTRA BAGS OR GO AND THROW OR GIVE THEM AWAY TO ANYBODY OUTSIDE we were a total of 9 flying today and my brother even offered to take some of the kilos but, he did not allow Me or HIM to speak! this is unacceptable and I would like for Aero Mexico to refund me back the 3 extra bags I had to pay(borrowed money from my brother!) because Jaanto rudness and attitude! this was very unpleasant and also it was not needed that he sent me to extra screening at the gate because he did not like my response to paying the bags they were not heavy, what he did was combine the weight of the backpacks and carryon and that's where the extra 2 kilos came from! to my understanding we are allowed on carryon of 10kilos and one purse or backpack and that's what we did ! Please REFUND MY 3 BAGS I PAID TODAY, I COULD OF CARRIED THEM ON THE PLANE THEY WERE NOT HEAVY AND I WAS TREATED VERY BAD BY JAANTO RAMIREZ!

First Class Tickets were purchased for travel in August 2020, however, all flights were cancelled, and countries were closed, due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.

We were issued Vouchers, and it was our intention to use the vouchers during the listed time frame, however, we were again not able to travel anywhere because of the ongoing Pandemic.

We reached out to AeroMexico, originally on 3/30/22, and we received a Case Number, [protected], with written assurance that we would receive a response. We have followed up with written emails to Aeromexico consistently, and eventually spoke with someone at the Corp office in Mexico City, on June 8, 2022, and we were told that we would receive vouchers within 72 hours. We still have not received the promised vouchers, so we can complete our travel plans.

When I booked for my trip, I paid for the luggage for roundtrip. When I arrived at the airport, it showed that there was no record that I paid for the luggage, and I had to pay again. I would like to know what are the steps to be reimbursed.

Good Afternoon,

I am complaining because it is the first time, that I am booked through Aeromexico. I called to confirm if everything was correct for my flights, the agent told me that every time I do a layover I have to pay for baggage, it is not only so expensive, but this is the only airline that charge for that. I need you to review the price for the bags, and it shouldn't be charge twice, if my layover is in Mexico, the airline, should be responsible to take my baggage from my hometown to my destiny without any additional charge on the layover city. My book number is QDBHWU. last name Thompson. You are the only airline to do that. I have been traveling so many times before, this never happened to me. Please review since I am already paying about 2000 per tickets plus 800 dollars only in baggage.

Why is the Aero Mexico booth not at LAX?

We should have returned to CDMX by Aero México (AM649) after traveling from Terminal 3 at LAX on the night of Sunday June 26. I received the check-in email 24 hours ago, but I couldn't do the web check-in due to a system error. So I arrived at LAX airport around 9:00 p.m.

We had no checked baggage and just needed a boarding pass. But Delta service was totally slow and we had to wait 2 hours. When we tried to check-in, they told us they couldn't give us our boarding pass because we were 4 minutes late (56 minutes before departure). 4 minutes? The staff accused us of being late, but we couldn't check in on time due to their lousy service. He said there was nothing they could do for us and that we had to call Aero Mexico customer service directly. I can't understand what the situation is based on. What kind of terrible deal is this? We trusted them and waited and made no complaints while we waited. But no one ever apologized to us for the slow service, they all said I don't know and left us completely in the middle of the airport. Is it because we don't use Delta? Why is there no Aeroméxico booth at Los Angeles airport? Why should we be treated so unfairly?

Our legitimate tickets have been taken away.

We didn't use the ticket we were supposed to and had to make a new reservation. While waiting for that new flight schedule, I had to stay an extra day in a hotel near the airport and it took me a day to get home via Puerto Vallarta instead of a direct flight. My kids were terrified at the unknown airport, we had to cancel all schedules on Monday, and my husband couldn't go to work. Why does Aeroméxico bother its passengers so much? With just your booth at LAX, we could be back in time. What can you do for us? Why do you operate with company as terrible as Delta? We have forgotten all the memories of our pleasant vacation with the memories of that night.

I am writing to you about a situation that I have faced at Jan Jose airport on 2nd January with Aeromexico for my trip to Mexico City. Passanger (myself): Ionela-Gabriela Turliu. I was called at the counter last minute and I was told that I need a return ticket from Mexico. I told them that this is not true. the consulate of Mexico in Romania has no such requirements, I have been to Mexico 4 times in the past and I was never​ required to show a return ticket. Pressured by the flight attendants, I bought a new ticket with Travala for 2nd of January. They have then told me that it has to be until October (which is not true, the superviser would later confirm) and they made me buy another ticket on 31 October, I bought it with Travala as well. The manager apologied to me, but it was too late.

The name of the attendands: One is Rebeca Gonzales Dinarte and the other one refused to identify herself, she only told me her name is Daniela. They both work for Aeromexico and are in charge of the Flight AM657 from San Jose - Mexico city on 2nd June 2022.

I can prove proof the two extra tickets they made me buy, unfortunately they were not with aeromexico. I incurred an extra cost of US$258.82 + US$176.84. I am holding the attendads accountable for making me pay this price. You can reach me on my e-mail where I can send proof.

In November of 2020 I booked a flight through AeroMexico for my son to fly to Manzanillo. After purchasing the flight we realized that his passport expired less than three months from the date of his travel and knew that it needed to be at least 6 months to expiry. We decided to cancel the flight, 20 minutes after booking due to the expiry date on his passport. We called immediately for a refund and were told we needed to wait a year before we could be refunded and that a refund would happen automatically after one year. In November of 2021 we started calling to enquire about the refund and nobody had any information about a refund. We keep getting sent to different agents but are never given a supervisor or manger to discuss the refund with. We have been given three different claim numbers but are always told the file is closed. We have been told the payment is in process but is it not. This is complete fraud and we need to find a way to make them honor the refund.

My name is Karla Jackson, I would like to make a huge complain about what you guys have done to my family.

We paid almost 3000k to flight from Brazil to Sacramento, their reservation number is BOUYRG - first the flight to Sacramento on 06.20.22 was cancelled, they put them in a hotel after 9 hours waiting with 2 children.

The next day 06.21.22 they arrived at 2pm and did the check in, at 9:00pm they informed my family that there was no room for them. Are you serious?

Thats absolutely unacceptable. AFTER 7 hours waiting again? for the second time?

My family was discriminated, treated poorly and they were extremely rude.

I need to resolve this asap, I am going to look for my rights because this was one of the worst experience my family had.
