American Electric Power Company [AEP] review: Billing customer service

I recently went solar on OCT 15. I got 2 bills in the mail. The first one was for service until Oct. 12 and the second bill was for an estimate of over 3x the amount. When I called to see why I got 2 bills I was told by Monique on Oct 30 that both we incorrect and I would receive a new bill for service until Oct 15 that I should pay. I waited until Nov 9 and called because I didn't get a new bill. Dawn a supervisor just kept saying I needed to pay the higher bill. When I asked why when I went solar and will never use that amount up, she just kept saying the same thing-I needed to pay. If I would not have called in how would I have found this out? Now I only have 2 days to pay-which is not enough time but they won't change that either because they want me to pay the higher amount. They are only willing to extend my due date if they deem I should pay a different amount. I don't understand why they don't do what they say. Can they not listen to the call? I am sure it was recorded. I don't trust companies who don't stick to their word. Can anyone help me please?
