Adventure001 review: Helicopter ride for 2 with bubbly

I booked a helicopter ride for my daughter for her 13th birthday May 2022, since giving my daughter the voucher I have tried numerous times to book the voucher and each time it has said voucher already redeemed, I explained this via email and still got no joy back, I tried again in February 2023 to redeem the voucher and still the same response. in one final last attempt to get this booked before it expires on the 12th May 2023 I asked my sister to try and book it, again voucher already redeemed, she also logged into my account which clearly shows the voucher as below!

My sister then contacted the customer service team via email with a picture of the voucher and the customer service team responded with this:

Dear Angela,

Thank you for your message: "My voucher expires on the 12th May 2023, I have been trying to book this for over a year, if you can please assist me with booking this before my daughter looses her voucher. (Voucher image provided)"

Unfortunately, due to a significant increase to our operational costs we are unable to offer complimentary voucher extensions.

As a result, we are unable to accept your voucher unless it is in line with our 2023

price structure.

In order to extend your voucher please access your account at www.adventure001.com/book. Once logged in to your Account Dashboard (Manage my Existing Vouchers) you may select the voucher(s) you wish to extend.

It is noted that the online account hasn't been accessed since June 2022. If you wish to extend your voucher you may do so via your online account for the applicable fee.

This response is actually disgusting, I have proof via emails from them that I have tried to contact them numerous times to get this booked, why would anyone buy a voucher and not use it especially when it wasn't exactly cheap?

The latest times I tried was in February 2023 and again the last couple of days!

In the last email as above you can see where they have mentioned a price increase and they can't honour a free extension, I don't want an extension on my voucher I just want to get it booked as I have been trying to do now for the last 12 months. after this whole experience I will never buy a voucher from buyagift ever again, I have also mentioned to friends and family the nightmare of trying to get this voucher booked, I feel like my money was taken happily but since then I have had no support.
