Poor service

If your an international company, used to certain level of service I'd suggest you proceed with extreme caution in the Sri Lanka with Advanzing. They don't provide a service that actually assess candidates and seem to take the approach of supply anyone they have and if they don't workout they'll replace them. This proves extremely time consuming. Their primary aim appears to be getting a one off payment vs building a long term relationship. The impression I get that most of the local companies are similar to this. From our experience try topjobs.lk
