This office misinforms patients and does not return phone calls. The dentist is extremely rude and the quality of the work is inferior.

They are selling dentures which do not look like dentures at all - more like Invisalign.
Picture this with some white paint put in to make it look like teeth. Now picture it with a set of extremely crooked teeth in it.

These are not flexible at all, and either cause excruciating pain for being too small, or fall off altogether, no matter how much denture cream you use. This is not standard denture material, does not fit properly to the gums, and never will, because it has no flexibility.

When we raised questions about this process, the dentist was belligerent, first hanging up the phone, and, during a later appointment, throwing the "denture", and offering a partial refund. A refund does not begin to atone for the fact that we're being scammed, and after a month, still on a liquid diet with no end in sight.

Furthermore, the extractions performed by this dentist are unnecessarily long and painful, and healing incorrectly.
