Poor wokmanship, quality of installed products poor.
Be careful. Price is to good to be true. Workmanship suffers. They do not do what the say, cut corners. Damage house. No clean up. I did not see a measure tape come out once. Cut everything by eye and it shows. Quality of parts are poor at best. Do your self a favor call Connecticut Basements a little more money but better parts better quality work. I am calling them to come out and fix what the first company did.

This isn't a very effective post as it doesn't provide remarks of each photo. What exactly do the pictures of downspouts have to do with 'basement' system? Personally having that done already, it doesn't seem to apply to the basis here. Altho the picture are clearly useful and informative, and you've taken the time to take pictures, it seems to me this would've been effective enough for them to resolve that problem. That's just my opinion. I've read other good things about the company, before and since this post, but I would definately use these photo's to ensure this does NOT happen and show them BEFORE the onset of any project! Make copies for them and get it in writing. Thanks for the pics.
