My credit card was charged and I never received the goods

I have ordered a playstation vr from savvibuy and my credit card was charged by advance tec uk ltd on the 16th of december for stg348. However the goods did not arrive and our son stayed without a christmas present. We have written to them many times with no reply, we tried to call them many times but there is always an answering machine and their website is down.
My order number is #svv22312703 and the goods had a guaranteed delivery 17-22 december.
Please let us know what is going on! Help!

Prices I was happy with...fast delivery...no errors...one minor driver glitch sorted within hours with courtesy and patience..thank you.
