I read it now several times. It seems to be a kinda "Practice" over at AdultFriendFinder. They present you with false data and when you complain, they first blame YOU and want you to believe that you made a mistake and then, they deactivate your profile, take you money.

OK, more specific. They log you out in the midst of typing.

Then, when you try to login again they tell you wrong credentials.

Then you try a few times, because you know your credentials.

Then you request a password reset and they tell you, you don't exist.

(apart from that, I could still list many other hickups within their portal. Some very dangerous data breaches. I will leave that for the BBB and my law team to take up.)

I understand, all my fault, Am I right?

Then I complain and AdultFriendFinder says it seems no fault on their side but I do something wrong.

Right. I run their database, I control their SQL calls. Dumb me, I just forgot.

This Folk at AdultFriendFinder are Gangsters, thieves, criminals.

But wait, it gets better.

Then I tell them off and ask them to employ some IT folk that knows what they are doing.

Now it comes. A true Tech Tyranny Beauty.

The threaten me to deactivate and keep all money I paid, unless I tell them that I understand to have breached their Terms Of Use.

My boyfriend paid for a month of membership so he and I could “find a friend” together and they took the money and immediately closed our account. Permanently and refused to tell us why, saying only we had violated a term, but wouldn’t tell us what term. And we had done NOTHING yet! They actually said, if you want to know, go get a court order.

I have been on the site for a while, I have come to the conclusion that most profiles are fake, as I very rarely get any replies, far less than 10%. And now, last couple days, the service has been running extremely slow, and now I cannot even log on to the site.

Would like to at lease run out my paid membership, and after that is done, it will not be renewed!

I cancelled autorenewal in April. My profile said my Gold membership would end May 2nd. It didn't. My account was debited as usual. I checked and autorenewal was off, but it now said Gold would end on June 2nd. I decided to wait. THEN I was charged AGAIN on June 1st. It now says Gold will end on July 2nd.

This is the same reason I dumped these thieves previously. Scam artists.

They are horrible. They apparently hire blind people to review profiles. I can't use a pic of whisky glass for my profile but 1000's of profiles have pictures of Angie Verona, Tanya Tate and Raven Riley (not as much lately). I think the scammers might be giving AFF a little cut of their action if they scam a DUDE. Mostly it seems like they just turn a blind eye to fakes. The more fakes that post the more it appears they have LOTS of real members. Real members who can't reply, but if you pay EXTRA, STANDAD members can contact u. LOL SCAM! Not to mention the men who TOP FRIEND FAKE profiles. Do they get their credits back? BET NOT>

Also tons of tech glitches. We assume they aren't intentional.

I attached an example of scammer interaction. Who would apply to such a horrible comment? LOL They can't read ENG or they just go along to grift.

I finally paid for a membership from this site and immediately my account was no longer in existence. I didn't get to use the service for a single minute. This says it's to short of a complaint and ill unlikely get any attention so I just cant win today. This is petty theft and pisses me off beyond belief. Q

I would like to delete my account. I've deleted it over a month ago they said I should wait for a month for it to stop appearing, however it's still there. Kindly assist.

I ment to pay 39 for a month and I got charged 179 for a year I called to cancel imeaditly will. They said I will get a refund in 7 day. Haven't been refunded yet

I tried to log into my account and it said the login info I provided did not match the records. And when I tried to reset my password it said my username was invalid. When I tried to make a new account with the same username it said that username was unavailable. I have already made an account and paid for the service but am unable to login.

I may have miss read but how it was structured I think was on purpose when it says how much you pay a month I thought I was paying for one month when in reality it was broken down into what I would pay monthly but as one lump sum and it took one lump sum out and it also charged my card twice so two times for like $146 I only wanted a one day pass first off I don’t wanna get back on this site and I want my refund please I got kids to feed I Already contacted my lawyer And he’s the one who recommended me go to the site first

That money was collected on March 1 and the membership was not upgraded. I’ve contacted my bank and they could proved the purchase was approved.

You have replied the money was not collected in messages like a bot but no one is dealing with this issue with transparency and honesty.

It seems I am not the only person with this problem!

They are a fraud company no good the massively overcharged me and they are not legit! I went to them thinking I was being charged 34 dollars and was ultimately charged 120 this probally should not have happened never trust online dating services that aren't free. They tricked me into thinking they were legit until I found this fourm. I hope I get a refund and and not given problems I will never try any dating service again I learned my lesson

I have been on your site off and on for almost 20 years and in the past 8-10 years have reported so many fake profiles to you I have lost count BUT they never get removed. So I started some research and I have no come to the conclusion that it is in fact YOUR fake profiles you have made to keep men interested enough to come back.
It is actually not difficult to see which profiles are the ones you have made or asked your staff to make and that would be classed internationally as Fraud.
You are taking peoples money to view profiles you have made yourself.

I will be making this same complaint to interpol as you must be stopped and charged for this illegal and criminal activity.

Opened account in late August. They charged my checking account 239.00 even though I only wanted one month. Requested refund and account be closed. Since then I have 3 emails back forth, each one roughly two weeks apart, telling me that refund was authorized and would be 7-14 business days because a checking account was used. Two and a half weeks ago I called the billing dept and was told a refund was authorized as of Sept 16 and it would take 7-14 business days. No refund so today I called and got the same runaround only this time they said the refund was authorized on Sept 27 and (wait for it) to wait up to 14 business days. Obviously they are doing everything they can not to issue my refund.

I would like aff to make my account available and with the goldmembership I have paid for. Or else the full reimbursement.

I have purchased a membership for 3 months, but the experience is not what I'm seeking for. I hope to get 2 refunds for the 2 months membership if possible, if not it's wasted for not using but still paying. I am fine with paying the fee for the first month, but hope to receive 2 months of membership back, if not it would just simply pay and do nothing
