ADA Property Management I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ADA Property Management LLC and their Property Manager, Arlene I***

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ADA Property Management LLC and their Property Manager, Arlene I. Let me give you the rundown: we paid a security deposit of $4,600.00 on August 2, and signed the rental agreement on August 7. We even paid $2,606.61 for the last 15 days of August, even though we wouldn't be moving in until September 22. On September 1, we paid another $4,600.00 for rent for September. When we finally moved in on September 22, we found that we had paid for an entire month without even using the place. And get this, we've never missed a payment, even with my wife being out of work due to COVID-19.

Now, here's where things get really frustrating. They're trying to deduct from our security deposit for things that are beyond normal wear and tear. For example, they want to replace a non-functional light bulb in the dining room chandelier, even though we never even used it. And they want to replace the carpet in the master bedroom, even though we had it cleaned and it didn't bring it back to move-in condition. They're also trying to charge us for repairs that were never even done, or were done improperly. And to top it all off, they're trying to charge us way more than they originally estimated for move-out cleaning and repairs.

Honestly, it feels like they're just trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible. We treated the place like it was our own home, and we're being punished for it. It's just not fair.
