Activity Superstore review: 1 night stay over

I have been trying to book a one night stay over for months . The hotel I was originally going to book was too expensive for my gift voucher of £150 so added another £100 to make it it up to at least a one night stay.

I tried to book and it then said I had used my activation code. I wrote to you to explain this . Then I was told I was sent a new activation code . Presuming this was because I added more money. I searched and couldn’t find my activation code. Eventually I found it and put forward my hotel I wished to book. I asked for two nights at the white hart hotel in petersfield . I contacted the hotel and they told me they could do one night 10th October thought ot would be great for my birthday weekend. Then ur agent came back to say the hotel couldn’t do the two nights. I had already emailed to say it was one night only and that I had checked with the hotel and this was free. Ur agent took so long to get back I lost that date. I have gone back and suggested another date and 5 days on I still haven’t heard. So I know they’re going to say the date has been taken again. Will I ever get a date booked ? Does it just go on like this tuntil I get fed up and walk away when u have £250 of my money? Please can you help me get this booked . Thank u Maxine
