ACTE Education review: I have also not got my money for the two students I trained

I have trained two students in PP. They never told to collect the feedback form. After finishing the training they told that since you have not got the feedback form, we can't pay you. This is a kind of cheating since it is the responsibility of the owner to collect feedback. Instead without telling the trainer and after finishing the course, they are telling like this.
