Acima review: Tire zone for brakes

I went to get new brakes at tire zone. I was advised of a leasing opportunity. I have used multiple Leasing in the past specially nowadays with the economy the way it is and I never heard of a seven day extension for $100 I was under the assumption that I already paid off my loan, until I acknowledge the fact. I got an email saying I was still getting money withdrawn I put on a new work schedule so I wasn't paying attention to my emails. Once I noticed, I still owe money. I try to call Lynn and explain my situation, hoping that they could work with me so I can make the rest of my payments they were extremely rude when I was trying to figure out why I had to pay an additional $100 just for a $65 left on balance. I have used this once before to get my front brakes done so I thought why not just use them to get my back brakes done I did everything exactly the same but for some reason I was charging additional $10 for the first two months , once I called to ask why I was being charged an additional $10 they told me that I hopped into some benefit that I was not aware of. They never explained to me that those $10 were not used towards my balance until I called in to confirm the amount that I owed that the customer service rep and upset me I ask you guys just remove the hundred dollars and I can pay the remaining balance today. It was a misunderstanding they got more mad and told me no like I said I've used multiple Leasing specially because of The economy were in it's really frustrating, solid, and then having to pay so much and you only have seven days to make that payment specially how the economy is I'm a single father with kids. This is ridiculous. You would expect a little bit more hospitality and customer service especially if you're going to continue using their service after this I'm a strongly recommend everybody that I have recommended to this company to avoid this company.
