AchieveCard - unauthorized payment

On May 18th, i ordered from the mint a $2 bill. one other $2 bill was free. the amount was $10.00 pluse $6.95 cents for shiping and handling. By the time the automated michine was finished, the amount was almost $237.00. I ordered a $2 dollar bill not $237.00 worth of money. I called the mint company and cancelled the order just minutes after the order was placed, and then called the Master Card company and explained to them what happened, and spoke with a man, and told him this was not an autherized order and to block payment on the company if an order was recieved from them. I was told it would not go through, and a red flag was put on the account. At that point i felted safe and this would not be deducted from my account. Well on june 3rd or 4th i deposited $500.00 into the account. I checked my account on June 6th to find out that $237.00 was taken out of my account anyway, and contacted the mastercard people and spoke with a man named Al, and he asurred me the monies would be replaced on the mastercaed but told me to call the mint company and re-cancel the money again which i did and was told nothing was sent out at that time. I called back the mastercard company and notified them what was said. I requested the monies be put back on my account and was assured it would be replaced by the 10th of June in full. On the tenth i called back mastercard because no refund was replaced on my card and was given the run around and hung up on, on two occations that day by a lady superviser. I also called the Mint back and was imformed that the money had been sent out on the 8th and now i had to wait until i recieved it at my home, and then return it to them in order to recieve the refund. They sent the monies anyway after being told several times not to. i feel this was done on porpuse because at that point i had had some differences with both the firms about why was the order not canceled when asked to do so, and mailed when they were not to mail it, as well as mastercard paying the order when asked not to pay this Mint company. Now i have more problems than ever before because i have to wait at least 6 weeks before i can get MY money returned all because people don't know how to do their JOBS! Today when i spoke to Al about my refund all i got was more headaces about how now now i need a number from the mint company to give them before i can get any kind of refund. I once again called the Mint company and was given a confermation# but of course Al told me now it had to be in writing on a form to them. At this point i am so pissed off about the whole thing, and am in disbelief. How UNPERFESSIONAL on both of these parties part. I will try to get once again what he requested and send it to AL. There better not be any more problems or i will have no choise but to seek counsel with this matter. A carbourn Copy is being sent to Both parties.

on may 20 2011 i mail the pay pal account that my account that they deducted 5000 dollar from my account as soon as i mail paypal2011@ymail.com they told me to make a payment of about 250 dollar through western union that the money deducted will be returned back as soon as i do so the returned my 250 dollar and my 5000 dollar back to my account i was surprise
