No communication and charged us thousands for work they did not complete.

The project took months in the planning stage and we reached out to our project manager (Jason) many many times and he never replied to our phone calls or texts.

This required me to reach out to their headquarters to just reach my project manager to ask my questions. Ridiculous.

The day before install, I send many detailed photos asking if we were good to go, in which Jason said we were good to go.

I destroy have of my basement to make room for install only to find out that they can't install due to "unforeseen circumstances" involving the dampness of my basement as well as some missing concrete. This left my home waterless for 4 days as they wanted to install before the weekend.

Again, no response from Acculevel until I call their HQ to get into contact with my project manager. I get assigned a new PM and he also ignores me for weeks after begging for information.

Then Acculevel reschedules, completes half of the full project work and charges me the full project amount. In the thousands of dollars.

I could not in fair conscious recommend Acculevel as they ripped me off of thousands. Incompetent leadership, non existent communication and they charge you for the privileged.
