Acculevel review: Leveling the floors in my home

I contacted Acculevel to help level my floors in my home. They came out quick and said it needed some floor jacks with a steel beam. I instructed them to do the job. They did the job and said after 6 months they would come back and do what they call an adjustment because they did not fixed the problem the first time. I have spent the last month trying to get them to contact me for the adjustment but no one will call me back. I have tried contacting the salesman twice and the office three times and once thru the internet. I guess they take your money they don't care about any follow up to fix the problem that did not fixed the first time. Would not recommend them to anyone.
