Here are a few facts Gables Residences & Gables CC in Denver
1. The concierge is not 24 hours. Also, only one concierge is available at a time, which is not enough for this huge complex. You have to hunt them down!
2. There is no guest parking. Street parking is very limited due to construction, and M-F street parking is only 2 hours. Cherry Creek tickets are $50 each.
3. The staff has turned over multiple times in 8 months. Don't bother getting to know their names because they won't be there long.
4. There is a lot of car theft --right from the garage.No cameras
5. The on sight manager must always be right which means residents are always wrong. Jamie

8. New leasing team is imcompetent & [protected]@ work & take 4/5 breaks while working daily. No college degrees a nd have ran this place down & overcharge montly extra fees.Nathan Piercce in concierge told my husband and I how Gables Residential avoids taxes
