Unreliable and Unprofessional
They are unprofessional, unpresponsive, and overall unreliable. I ordered flowers before Valentines Day and received a message that there was a glitch in the system and the flowers would be delivered on Feb. 15. Since it wasn't a big deal, I messaged back to proceed with the order. When I asked for confirmation, I got a reply that said "Right ;)" and nothing else. When I asked on the day of delivery for an update, I never got one back. The flowers were never delivered and the transaction feels like a scam!

Extremely Unreliable and Disappointing Service from abc Flora - Do Not Recommend!
I had to send flowers to Dorado, Puerto Rico for my mother's funeraI, which was scheduled on November 11,2023 at 10:0AM. I placed (and paid) for the order on November 6,2023, hoping for a delivery on November 10,2023. But guess what? The flowers DID NOT arrive on the 10th. As requested. Can you believe it? I was furious!
So, I decided to reach out to abc Flora through email since they don't have a phone contact available. I sent them many emails, expressing my disappointment and frustration. And finally, the flowers were delivered the FOLLOWING DAY at 3:45PM. Can you imagine the nerve of this company? The woman who delivered the flowers to the house had the audacity to tell my sister that her shop had barely received the order that afternoon. Unbelievable!
Based on these undeniable facts, I can confidently say that I will never, ever place an order for anything from this company again. And let me tell you, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. They are extremely unreliable, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal I did. Save yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy florist. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
