AARP Services review: Message envy Meridian Idaho
Scam Alert. If you're a patron of Meridian's "Massage Envy".. check your bank account immediately for possible illegal withdrawals. I am a 79-year-old woman who had one massage last summer and paid with my debit card. I have since discovered that an "Envy" employee completed a phony Wellness Benefits Contract in my name .. and began withdrawing the $80 monthly membership fee from my bank account. Confronted about this fraud.. and shown my legal signature .. both "Envy" Managers insisted the fake writing on the contract was mine. They let me cancel the contract but can't promise to refund my money because the mixup was my fault. They claimed I was confused.. had forgotten completing the contract.. or didn't understand what I was agreeing to. They have a video of me completing the contract but I won't be allowed to view it. This "gaslighting" is a prime example of a scam to victimize Senior Citizens. Cancel your appointment at "Massage Envy." Do your own Research. You'll find negative reviews about this Business.. and its phony Wellness Contract Scam.. from customers all over the country.
Claimed loss: They charged me $240 for services that I did not sign up for.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of $240
